The game itself seems fine when playing in singleplayer, but now it seems to mess up multiplayer by preventing players loading in. Looked for fixes, but only found posts dating from like 20, so it was limited in actual helpfulness.
At first we thought it was just quicksaves causing the problem, and it seemed to be, so we started using hardsaves, but the problem sprung back up. My friend ended up getting too annoyed by it, it seemed to have a 1 in 3 chance of happening whenever a loading screen, I.E from a save, would come up. Then the quitting player could join via an invite which would skip a bunch of loading, or something like that. The only "fix" was having the joining player leave, which would instantly have the game load for the host. It would hang at about 80% of the bar, and not progress any further.
Playing with mods, but much less than the ones we used on our Classic playthrough, etc, and the issue never came up back then. Happened to me too, with a buddy of mine.
